HTX Login — Fast, Secure Access to Your HTX Account

Sign in to HTX to trade, stake, manage API keys, and access advanced tools. This guide explains login methods (email, QR scan), two-factor authentication, API access and quick troubleshooting to get you back trading fast.

How to Log In to HTX

1

Open the Official HTX Login Page

Navigate to the HTX login URL to begin. Always verify the domain before entering credentials.

HTX’s login interface supports several sign-in options — email/phone + password, QR code scanning via the HTX mobile app, and OAuth flows for certain partner products.

2

Enter Credentials & Complete Verification

Fill in your registered email or phone number and password, then proceed to any required verification steps.

After submitting credentials you may be prompted for two-factor authentication (2FA) or to approve a login on your HTX mobile app. Keep your authenticator app or device nearby for a smooth sign-in.

3

Use QR Code Login for Faster Access

If you have the HTX mobile app, use the QR login flow for a quick and secure session start.

Open the HTX app, scan the QR code displayed on the web login page, and approve the request — an easy way to avoid typing long passwords on public computers.

4

Enable & Use Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

Protect your account by enabling 2FA in the Security or Account settings.

HTX supports authenticator apps (e.g., Google Authenticator) and SMS as verification methods. 2FA is strongly recommended for trading and API use.

API Access & Keys

If you plan to use bots or third-party tools, create API keys from your HTX account dashboard. HTX’s API management allows you to generate keys, set permissions (read/trade/withdraw), and bind IP addresses for greater safety.

Keep your API secrets private and store them securely; if you lose them you'll need to regenerate keys via the HTX dashboard.

Troubleshooting Common HTX Login Issues

  • Can't receive 2FA codes: Sync your authenticator app time or use backup codes issued during setup.
  • Device not recognizing QR: Refresh the page and try scanning again from the mobile app.
  • Account locked after attempts: Wait for the lockout period or open a support ticket with HTX for verification.
  • Browser issues: Clear cache, disable extensions, or try another browser / device.

Best Practices for a Safer HTX Login

  • Always access HTX via the official domain or bookmark to avoid phishing.
  • Enable 2FA and prefer authenticator apps to SMS when possible.
  • Use strong, unique passwords and a reputable password manager.
  • Limit API key permissions to the minimum required for your use case and bind IPs where supported.
  • Regularly review your account activity and login history in HTX’s security center.
